Clinical Medical Centre aims at providing sincere and honest care to improve the health and well-being of our patients. We believe that our services define whole-body healthcare with the vision that the human body is much more than the sum of its parts. Our vision encompasses the entire individual in all of his or her unique complexity, and we work in partnership with our patients to ensure optimal health and wellness. We will serve to educate our patients about the power of the body, enabling patients to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.

The Office Visit

Out of respect for the other patients that are waiting please book a separate appointment for each separate issue and concern. Two separate visits are more valuable to you than one that is rushed.

Walk In/Urgent Visits

We will do our best to accommodate you. Please be considerate of other patients and limit your concern to the urgent problem only. We do not prescribe narcotics or triplicate medications during walk-in visits.

Wait Times

We don’t like to make our patients wait; we try to stay on schedule as much as possible. Sometimes and unscheduled emergency may occur, and we ask for your patience if this does happen. If you are waiting an unusually long time, please accept our apology and feel free to reschedule your appointment.

Test Results

All patients required to make follow-up appointments to discuss the results of Blood work, X-rays, CT scans, Ultrasounds, Mammograms and all other diagnostic imaging. The reports for these tests are usually available 2 weeks after the test is done.

Although we make every effort to contact you in the event of an abnormal result, you are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to discuss the results of all the tests.

Referrals To Specialists

If you have not been contacted regarding your consultation within 2 to 3 weeks, please call our office and we will follow up on the referral/do our best to find out what the problem is.

Returning Telephone Calls

It is difficult to return a call during a busy office day. Please discuss your concern with our staff and they will advise you whether an appointment is necessary. It is better to make an appointment so that your concern can be addressed in person.

Prescription Refills Over The Phone

During an office visit you will be given a prescription for enough medication to last you until the next visit. Please plan ahead and make an appointment before your medication runs out.

Complete Physicals

Patients are expected to book yearly physical examinations.

Non-Insured Services

Services not covered by Manitoba Health will be billed directly to you. The services and fee scale are posted in the clinic. These include sick notes, missed appointments, certain procedures and exams. Don’t hesitate to call us if you have questions regarding these charges.
